Is there a deposit? Yes. A $25.00 deposit is required for every enclosed unit we rent. The deposit is refundable when you move out, as long as the lease requirements are met.
How far in advance is the move out notice required to be given? You are required to give us your move out notice at least 10 days in advance.
Do I need to provide my own lock? Yes, we recommend disc locks. Disc locks are available for purchase in our office.
When is rent due? Rent is due on the 1st of each month, unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement. Rent is prorated when you move in, but not when you move out.
Do the storage units have electrical outlets? Some of the larger sizes do; most do not.
What information is needed to rent a storage unit or outdoor parking space? We require a copy of your driver license and a tenant information sheet to be filled out. To put a unit in a business' name please fill out a business tenant information sheet.
Do you have cameras? Yes, there are closed cicuit cameras throughout the property.
Do you offer insurance? No, however, we do recommend it, and we have brochures in our office of a company who specializes in stored property insurance.
